you can do something with the translation. I checked Polish and Norwegian language the same problem. part of it is translated part of the menu in English. I have Umi plusE and this problem does not exist despite older software. Of course, notifications on this software also do not pass me, 2 camera still inactive

just to prove it is running "as admin" i moved the rar content on root folder
opened a dos promt as admin
from dos, executed the "QGDP_ASS.exe" file

Sorry but why did you do that? By formatting the whole flash chip you just deleted the fingerprint scanner authentication files. There's a solution what I'm going to share in a new thread later today..

i wanted to use under windows 10 family and the telephone use is not recognized by the QGDP application (windows message..);

The driver is installed (V2016) but when plugin in the phone (switched off) it appears with a comport and then disapears everytime (tested on 3 different computers - all Win 10 Pro 64)
The Ota Version (20180117 with sd-card and the power/loud+ Button method) stops while veryfying with a message "unexpected content" in "/system/..../libqhfacesdk.so"
I resetted to factorysetting before and activated USB Debugg...
