Umidigi Z1 pro Update, crashed device

Not very happy. Received an update on my Umidigi Z1 Pro.
After installing update, phone boots on normally, but after about 28 seconds, phone displays white screen.
Rebooted numerous times, but does not rectify.
Update size was 94.71MB

If Umidigi will not solve this problem, they will lose many customers who will purchase other smartphones from other brands.
Too bad it could be an interesting smartphone.

My didnt crash but many of my apps did not work as they should

Need a quick fix for that - grey screen after about 10 seconds...

I have rectified mine by flashing the rom again. Unfortunately, if you have no backups, all your files would be lost.

Get the appropriate ROM from the community forum page and flash.
I did not use the ROM that bricked my phone, I used the next one down.

You are lucky the update did not brick your phone. Do you have the Umidigi Z1 or Umidigi Z1 Pro?

I wonder why some devices are getting bricked, after this update... Same device, same update & selective bricking.... Hmmmmm
