For some days the fingerprint sensor does not work, it has always worked well, but suddenly not. I can not add fingerprints or remove footprints, it does not let me modify anything, I have rebooted and shut down and it still does not work. Waht can be?

Can you reply this with a screenshot with the problem that does not allow you to use the fingerprints? I would also like to know more details about this so I can help you better.

Thank you very much. The phone has been in my house for 4 days, the first two days, doto has worked very well, but for two days, the fingerprint sensor to unlock the screen has stopped working. I have erased my fingerprint and when I try to memorize it again, there is a sign that puts "fingerprint unavailable, hardware error, unavailable" in red color.
I've done a factory reset and it still does not work.

i had that problem with umi z, its a hardware problem you need to send it to your seller for repair or getting a new one.

Everything is done and it still does not work, the only difference is that now there is no warning in red. It just does not work, but does not warn you.
I'm talking to Gearbest and PayPal, to see what solution they give me.
Same with a partial refund, I conform, giving up the fingerprint sensor.

but the button still works? they try to refund me but if you have the phone less then 40days in gearbest they give you the money back or a new one.

I updated the phone with the new room, I deleted the cache, I have reset it to the factory, and everything remains the same. It is a hardware failure, not firmware or software. The fingerprint reader has broken.

Unfortunately, in order to have an fully working phone, you would contact your reseller to get a new phone or a repair, as you said you have the phone less than a week so the warranty may be ok.
