What about the GPS? In the Plus E it works but it's still not fluid, it has some minor lag of a few meters every 1 second if moving in a car.

I haven't seen the GPS covered thoroughly, they only seem to perform a GPS test however putting it to the test in real life situation will be an ideal indicator whether it is reliable. I will message the youtubers and ask kindly if they can find the time to preform a real life test of the GPS, hopefully they will. The good news is that they haven't stated that it's connectivity is poor

a lot of people are saying that they have a lot of problems with this phone, u can see it on this forum. I really want to buy this phone but not as soon as it is in eu warehouse on gearbest. I hope they will update softwares because of fixes, i need to know if its worth to buy, someone said that umi is scam and banning people, i dont know but if i will buy this phone and i will have problems with it, i will contact umi and if they will ban me then its really not worthy, i need a lot of people experience thanks -Nick
Ps: umi is making a lot of phones but all are glitchy or what, when there is problem they need to fix it not create another phone, this is not hate, i just heard a lot and i dont know if its true, i want u guys to answer me thank you.

Yeh I have realised the same hence why I am waiting before buying this model and I am also waiting until it is available in Amazon UK, it will make matters a lot easier than buying from China I honestly think Umi do move on to new models too quickly and in doing so previous models slowly get neglected due to shifting attention to the new models, it would help if they showed more of an active interest to current models, ensuring major problems are adequately fixed before deciding to introduce another phone to the market, if they lose interest in previous models that will only reflect on its potential customers

yeah this is exactly what im thinking, look at oneplus they release 1 phone in 1 year and they are updating it and fixing some issues, but here umi just release new model and its like fix, go buy the new one and again new one... "buying updates"

Too bad the digital "pictures" of the phone on the Umi page dont show the actuall phone. That plastic frame around the display is not visible on the digital "pictures".
