UMI Z Hardware Camera Problem

Hi,

i bought my Device from Gearbest and received it yesterday.

I am relatively satisfied with the mobile phone UMI Z. Apart from the fingerprint features. Unfortunately, many apps such as Paypal can not unlock it.
Also i got the "Smallwindows" error, everytime i listen to music and the song changed.
Another problem I have with the camera. As you can seen on the attached photo, I have a small part in the cameralense. Looks like metal shards. I can not move this but shake it.

Can i Open the Phone and repair it? Does anyone get opened the casing?

I thought the Cameraapp is the same as my UMI Plus. The same crap quality... on my otherhand i got an LG G4 with an amazing camera, there is a lot of work umidigi!

I had the error too: Delete the small window data/cache and reboot the phone (settings-apps menu display system processes there you'll find small windows app)

How Cheap? I live in England so unless you live in Europe i won't even bother.

When UMI finally gets the camera problems under control???

So, could someone of you please take a phone that (you believe) has a very good quality camera and a UMi Z, and compare them by shooting at the same places at the same times? Both night and daylight pics and videos and also with the selfie camera. Better to choose one from the same price range.
Unfortunately I've handed over my UMi Z to a tech site until next week Wednesday for writing a review but when I get it back, I'll do that job.
Sorry for the strong word but that's simply ridiculous to speak about the quality of a camera without showing photos or moreover, with not even owning that device. If you show me a photo, I (probably) can tell you what was your fault, what is the weakness of the camera or what is the concept behind that result, that you think to be a bad quality.
So don't be surprised if such threads and comments without example photos and/or detailed descriptions of your issues will be removed.

To stay on the topic I wouldn´t disassemble the phone myself. If there is some piece of metal inside the camera you should RMA your phone. I´m sure guys at gearbest would do the best to send you a new one ASAP.

Also here is a little comparison between Samsung Isocell sensor and Sony IMX sensor. It is not exactly the same Isocell used in Umi Z though. As the S5K3L8 is relatively new, there is not many comparison photos available. If you are not sure and the camera quality is important for you, you should wait for the first thorough reviews of the Umi Z and then decide if you want it or not.

Yeah i must say, if you have camera problems ( photo or video ) for god sake please upload some raw footage people can review, you can get 50 GB of free storage at MEGA.nz if your other cloud drives are having a hard time keeping up.

I am not quite sure how you should report ( other than telling ) other phone related problems, you cant really expect all people to have another phone or video camera handy to film any strange things on the display.

As you might be able to tell i am a very casual phone user, but i know you cant just say this and that is flaved and then not provide dokumentation or at least a arggument for why you think there is a flaw.
