You are right! It would be more correct to fix the older version of Umi Iron, to be fair towards those who bought it. Surely having adopted the scanner fingerprint is the best solution, while for printing the eye, was only a commercial solution.

Well, they didn't fix all of the issues in original IRON and they already want to release another one?

Anyway I would go for fingerprint sensor instead of this eye scanner which doesn't work that good.

We bought the IRON model, we are waiting for a lot of updates...     technical support doesn't reply and doesn't publish other updates ... and now ... a new model???

Don't be angry.
The hardware could be the same (according to Andro-News.com who made this video) except the fingerprint reader, so they can use the same ROM on both phone.

First time poster here, I am intertested in trying these phone, specs seem good for the price, however a stylus would be a good inclusion, at the moment people who use a stylus on phones (for work) are stuck on using over priced samsung phones.....

You can use a stylus with any UMI phone. LINK
The only issue is that, you have to carry it separately.

Is it the fine point stylus like a note or the larger ball type.

I use my note for work that requires signatures and have tried the generic stylus but it was no good for signing
