The phone has downloaded firmware upgrade but it was not completed.
Now on the screen going on permanent animation with Android body captioned "Installation of system upgrade..." (translation from Russian). The screen turns to black once in 3 seconds and then animation appears again. When I press "Power" during the process I see console with text  "Supported API: 3. Opening update package...".
What can I do to return phone to life without full reflash?

If system is corrupted during incomplete updating you have only one option which is SPFT.
If you won't lose your data you can try flash with user data unchecked on SPFT but this could cause not full flash.
Here is SPFT instruction

And here all available ROMs

This first happened 2 days ago. It locked me into a rebooting loop. EVENTUALLY it managed to let me use it, but then it happened again today.

At this rate I'll have to turn the laptop (Windows 8) on when I go to school in order to be able to use it when I get home.

I'm over the top sick of companies forcing upon everyone updates that I didn't ask for, that then break everything. First The Sims 4, now the laptop itself.whatsapp web 192.168.0.1 routerlogin
