HELP REQUIRED - UMI PLUS - VOLTE PROBLEM & SIM NOT INSERTED PROBLEM

I AM AVESH AMEEN FROM INDIA.

I PURCHASED UMI PLUS FROM ALI EXPRESS.

I AM AT PRESENT USING  MI REDME NOTE 3.  

RELIANCE JIO SIM CARD.

VOLTE FUNCTION OK IN REDME NOTE 3

BUT WHEN I INSERT SIM IN UMI PLUS THEN VOLTE OPTION IS NOT THERE.

WHERE AS THE OFFICIAL SPECIFICATIONS ON UMI WEB SITE SHOWS VOLTE SUPPORT.

MOREOVER, THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM.

SIM 2 SHOWS OK IN THE BEGINING. THEN AS SOON AS THERE IS AANY MOVEMENT OFF THE PHONE A MESSAGE COMES UP THAT SIM 2 NOT INSERTED.

SIGNAL GONE  xxxx

AGAIN AFTER 1 MINUTE OR 2 MINUTES IT GET BACK THE SIGNAL AND WORK FINE.

AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME MESSAGE SHOWS - SIM 2 NOT INSERTED.

THIS HAPPES REGULARLY EITHER IDLE OR WHILE TALKING

HERE THERE IS NO SERVICE CENTRE AND I CANNOT GET HELP.

ALSO WHEN I RAISED DISPUTE ON ALI EXPRESS I WAS ASKED TO RETURN AND GET REFUND.

BUT SHIPPING CHARGES WAS $ 100 AND FOR ME TO GET REFUND OF $ 195 I WAS NOT ABLE TO SHIP BACK BY SPENDING $ 100

SO, IF I CAN GET  HELP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE I WILL BE GREATFUL

First screen shot is of umi overview from umidigi.com.

The website says that umi plus is volte enabled in umi plus overview



I am using Reliance Jio sim on redme note 3 as using call feature thru volte

So network issue is not there.

Now if umi plus is sold to customers by advertising volte support is enabled and if it actually does not support then it is gross cheating

What do you say.

Should or should not  company take responsibility and refund back the amount.

Also what do you suggest with regard to sim not inserted issue.

Firstly please swap sim cards each other to check is this sim card, sim card slot, or software /hardware fault.
In pure specifications is no information about VoLTE

I am not fully sure but this phone could  be VoLTE "ready"  and this function maybe will be activate in android 7.0.

I never heard about any VoLTE issues from UMI plus owners.

I have tried all options of sim swap
. Problem is with sim2 only.  

Problem with sim 2 slot.

This what I can see first screenshot is not from your device which is proving nothing.
The next two screenshot are prom you phone which showing that your phone is in 3G mode which is not supporting VoLTE.
As I say I am not fully sure but umi plus is prepared to support VoLTE but this doesn't mean that is supporting for now.
Firstly you needs to be in 4G mode and very strong 4G signal then maybe will support VoLTE. Definitely only one card can support Lte and VoLTE in same time.
You should wait for android 7.0 maybe there will be more support for VoLTE
