How do i set the color for the notification LED for each app individually?
I found the option, but i can only set SMS and "others" to different colors.
"others" are then all other applications. i am not able to set (for example) green for whatsapp, yellow for gmail, blue for telegram/facebook and some other colors. Also most of the apps today have their own settings to control those LEDs, but when i set the color for others to "cyan" in android-settings and try to set the color in whatsapp-settings to "green" it still shows cyan.

how to fix that?

i also tried some apps which are supposed to change led-lights, but they also didnt work.

Are this LED problems solved in 1.6 ROM?   We have a beautiful big RGB LED (this is an important feature), but we can't set the colour by app (i can do it with my old Xperia, that is 4 years old).

Same problem with audio notification. If i set a specific ringtone for whatsapp single contact , the phone use the Android  notification system ringtone and not the whatsapp ringtone. (for group the phone use correctly the personalized whatsapp ringtone)

There are some notification problem to solve, please solve it and increase the volume notification (it's to low)

Problem is not solved in 1.6.

And YES... also notification sounds are too quiet.
I almost can't hear them when my Umi is in his case in my pocket.

Do you have increase the values in the MTK Engineer mode for Normal Audio settings with Media and Ring types?

I think the ability to change the notification LED colors is a special feature. Not modern, just special, unusual. So if it's not supported, that's quite not an issue, just less by a special feature that quite not obvious to be present. There's a lot of new phones even without a notification LED.

Yes, this LED is simply great!
Although I would not mind if they added more opportunities to adapt it to our needs :-)

Agree with UMIstake for the support of the notification LED with all applications. In addition we have choice throught more than 3 colors. For exemple I'm using red, blue, cyan and magenta

I think thats a two way street. What if u get a mail, call, SMS, Viber message and so on at the same time? What color shoud be prioritized? Or they would be changing with faster frequency, but all included
