Umi iron PRO ? but not much PRO

I have the mobile phone 3 days

PRO : metal, beautiful design.

CON : internal sound bad , bad external sound , bluetooth does not work , wifi ! its a joke !! 2 minutes and off 2 minuts and off ! screen not a real 1080 , only got 2.75G of ram, the usb-c ? its too slow to charger and pass files.

if i can have my money back , I am very disappointed with my first and last umi !
I hope that at least the wifi get to work on LITTLE TIME with some updating .

Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with my new IRON PRO:

I've got my UMI IRON PRO 2 weeks ago.
First impressions - the crude product!
Disappointed!

I have a noise using the headphones! It's terrible!
I can't listen to music. It's impossible!
I have a Piston 2 headphones (Xiaomi) and my headphones works perfect on other smartphone.
At first time, I suspected the factory volume settings, but I was wrong.
Then I dig deeper into the engineering menu - but it did not fix the sound issue.
Conclusion - we have a smartphone with crooked earphones jack.

I want to use my warranty to fix it! Or a refund from UMI
How can I repair it? Where is the UMI service center?

Second disappointment - the inability to encrypt your smartphone.
Encryption exists in the menu. I can even turn it on.
But after restart encryption did not occurs.
How IRON PRO can be THE MOST SECURE SMARTPHONE if it can't encrypt the android file-system?
Ridiculous!

and 3rd - light sensor was not calibrated.
Automatic brightness doesn't work. Or works poor.

and the positive one:
Fingerprint works much better than on Elephone P8000.

I want a 50% refund or completely repair of my Umi Iron Pro.

beautiful and strong Iron,   but You CM11 root advertiser to Umi Iron , I find this anywhere, so, that's not nice

I will receive mine in a few days. I'm reading about some bugs, I hope UMI is working to fix it and not abandons this phone.

Well I bought it 6 month ago as a preorder in July, it arrived after first release fiasco in September. After 1 day USB burned down and turned off the phone, never came up, I have send the phone for repairs and to this day don't have the phone back. I browse this forum regularly and USB issues are common now, if you read all the problems people have it is very depresive, this phone is big disappointment and waste of money

so, i got a week and a half with it.
its very beautiful , my friends likes too much, but i notice something . it is when i m playing candy crush and sometimes doing a phone call , mobile get a little heat. i don't know why, it is an octacore cpu with 3gb RAM but it get heat playing specially candy crus. So, i have to tell you when heat and i stop playing 1 minutes mobile get cold very soon.

maybe with a patch or update for the mobile can solve this little issue.

cool phone and its worth for money . There is no doubt in terms built quality .

wondering plastic body is not right fit to rest of metal portion.

Sony IMX camera need to be fine tuned ,. reasoning i m feeling photos are pixel breaking.
