sorry to post again but i asked a two weeks ago about a wireless issue and every post but mine seems to have gotten a response. My A1 pro keeps disconnecting from wifi constantly and the only way to resolve issue is to reboot phone to get it to reconnect, any recommendations of help with the issue would be appreciated

Hi Vickie.
I had exactly the same issue but it only happened one time. I restarted the device and since that moment, the problem never occurred again.
Do you have the latest update for the device? Maybe by getting an update it can be solved?
I don't know... I  am just guessing but maybe it's a software bug

Sorry for not answering to your post but we can't experience this issue.
Please delete all devices from your WiFi device and pair only A1 pro and test.

same issues here with my JBL headset. disconnects and connects for no reason. Have done 4 factory  ...

As far I can see that you are only one or main screamer about A1 pro issues which we completely cannot confirm.
You told yo us that you got 4 devices and all have same issues.
Now you reported that you got partial refund and you are still complaining about not confirmed issues which only happening to your 4 devices.

Edited by Eljo at 2018-6-13 16:34 \n\nAndroid 8.1 Issue?

After a view weeks my son and his girlfriend noticed that he can't choose where to store apps and data.

Normaly with a microSD inside you can decide where apps are installed and where photos and data is stored. This could normally be done inside Android or with an app like app2SD from the store. In the camera you could set 'save photos and films to SD'. So the main storage on the device stays low. I know there are some apps that will not move to sd but his question. And I have looked and could not find it as well.

My son noticed that after setting SD as part of the phone at first use (getting none removable according to text) still the phones 16gb memory gets full and the SD stays more or less empty.

Does someone know how to solve this?
I have checked my own phone, 16Gb phone and 32Gb SD card. My phones 16Gb has already 10.15Gb full and my 32Gb only 4.96Gb. His phones 16Gb are almost full and SD not even close to full.

I will att. some screenshots so you can see that photos are not stored on SD. My son tells me his music on his phone is also stored on the phone itself.

Is there a sol Screenshot_20180613-085705.png

Actually your videos and photos are being saved on the SD card. You can check it by selecting Afbeeldingen or Video's. On the internal storage page you can see the related apps and files together in different sections. For example in Muziek en audio you can see your music player apps and the used space by music files together. You also have an option to select the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner, then Migrate data to move your data from the internal storage to the SD card. I just downloaded Asphalt Xtreme (1.36GB) right now, and its whole data is saved on the SD card.

Hey quick question, is there a way to raise the volume when in a phone call ? It sounds very low and ...

Hello, i have the same problem, the volume is very low for regular phone use even when volume is at maximum. Is ther a way to boost it?
This is not very practical in a noisy public area where you have dificulty listening and cannot use speakerphone.

Hmmm
This is very strange because my A1 pro is very loud, of course if we compare to other phone not to Hi-Fi.
When you are on call you can adjust volume for receiver and when you are on loudspeaker you can adjust loudspeaker volume.
You can adjust volume settings in engineer mode.
Open calling dialer and type in
*#*#3646633#*#*
Then - hardware testing - audio - volume - voice - choose receiver and sound - change ul gain in NB, WB and SWB up to 252 and save.
