Could you please describe your 3G & 4G issues. Please let me know you software build date, you country name, you network provider name, is this third party network provider ?, was this issue on oldest ROMs too?, how many sim cards you using or sim and SD card, please go to settings - about phone - status - sim status and please make screenshot/s of one/two sim cards,  more information is better to understand your problem and easier to find solution.

\n\nMy 3G or 4G does not turn on every time I want. It does loose connecton as well. I did factory reset, but it did not work. I have changed my SIM card hoping that is the problem, but the problem still exists. I did not have that problem with the older SIM card with another phone, but still I decided to change it just in case.
I am from Bulgaria. My service provider is Mtel - official provider, but I am using one of their official services called BOB. I have only used this ROM so far, I am using only one SIM card now.

By my opinion you using third party network provider and I think this is causing you 3G/4G issues. As you know every network could be overloaded and then main network provider changing band for third party network provider to be not loosing network speed for they own customers.
I know this as I was using third party network provider to which was causing same problems, then I decided join to main network provider since this there is no issues with signals.
I can see that you have latest software. If you have some friends which using main network provider you can ask for sim card for trying or you can go to network store and ask for sim card sample to check network signal.

You can try go to settings - more - mobile network and set manually only 3G to check will you lose signal again.
Then go to settings - more - network operator and check do you have 4G, 3G your own network provider and choose 3G.
Test for few days.
If everything will be fine and you operator supporting 4G do exactly same thing with 4G and test for few days.
Then you can come back to auto operator mode.

I have tried that and it does not help. My son is using the same provider and he does not have any problem. So, that means there is a problem with the phone - software or hardware. The seller offered to fix it, but I can not send the phone back since the post office is not allowed to send batteries. Still looking for sollution, hope I did not stuck with that problem. If so, that will be my last UMI experience - so frustrating!

HiYou should compare network bands and umi max and other your or your son phone. If there is no matching between phone and network band then you can't do nothing with this. Here you have umi max specifications
