''generally the devices receive at least two android updates''
I suggest you to refresh your knowledge by some researches since it currently quite far from the reality. Generally Only Nexus and Pixel models (directly supported by Google) and some flagship models (not the budget ones) of the world brands (Samsung, LG, HTC, Sony) receive more than one Android version upgrade. Furthermore, far most of the Chinese brand smartphones never receive a single Android version upgrade. The UMi Plus already has received one.
I recommend you to check the update schedule provided by Samsung here https://www.sammobile.com/samsung-galaxy-android-8-o-update considering that, they are the world's greatest smartphone manufacturer.

I understand you but every such update needs a lot of work of the developers, really a lot of work, so you can guess if not even a giant company with almost limitless resources can provide Android version upgrades for all of their models, it's much more difficult for a small company without Google's direct support.

Hello Bencebacsi

I fully understand the not updating for android 8, but I was hoping that there could be upgrade to 7.1.1 and so be able to solve my bluethoth problem that restarts the sim card.
In the case there are no predictions of improvements for 7.1, I would like instructions to revert to the more stable android 6. Although without the advantages of 7 the BT worked well.

Hi , thanks.
It was probably something to do with the battery and it's calculations. I used the battery calibration app two times and since then it seems to be okay. Thanks again for the update of Nougat

Hi,
You can downgrade to Andorid 6.0 by flashing a ROM with SP Flash Tool in firmware upgrade mode. However, your user data will be wiped.
