How can I get the FOTA updates? I'm still having the super slow charging problem (it is takes a whole night to fully charge the battery). Can someone please help?

If you don't receive the OTA update wirelessly, you can download it from here and install it manually. Please read the first post.

But why don't I never receive the OTA wireless? É had to do it a factory reset, recommended by you, a couple of months Agora, too receive the OTA. Will I have to do a factory reset procedure flash it manually EVERY TIME? I don't understand why this is happened to me.

That's hard to tell remotely why it happens to you. A reason can be if your phone does not contain its original IMEI numbers or your internet service provider might block the IP of the update server, but there can be many others.
You can run the manual OTA update without performing a factory data reset. It's the same process as the wireless one, you just have to download and copy the update file manually onto the storage of your phone, then brows for the file.

I just did what you said and it dosent work. After I select the file and start the update procedure it reboots to recovery (I see the laid down Android robot with an exclamation point) and it says "error!". Why dos this happen? Can you please help?

With OTA you can update only the latest earlier version (you can jump through intermediate versions with SP Flash Tool only) and if your system is not rooted.
Try to install the OTA update of the next version after your current one or flash with SP Flash Tool. If your system is rooted, you only can flash with SP Flash Tool.

A brand new phone with Android 6.0 can be consequently updated via OTA to V7.01_20170329 only !   Why the update server answers your firmware is up to date when there are at least two newer versions ??
Solution: To update to V7.01_20170613 you have to update to V7.01_20170413 first (use local OTA update method)

(to the comment below:  key words here is "consequently" and "only" !)

Dear. I'm having a problem with my UMI MAX. I did several times the update via SP Flash Tool, however the cell phone does not stabilize the android.
I uploaded a video on youtube demonstrating the procedure, which I did via "Download only; Firmware upgrade; Format all + download", installing the updates made available on the UMI website either downgrade (update 20161017_c239v55_kw_u11) or update (update 20170613_c239v55_kw_u11).
