Why doesn't Umi provide the update in a way that I can flash it via the updater on the phone. As a zip file "local update". Just put it in the SD card and update. Or do I say something weird?

This update could be done by FOTA but could be some delay, or SPFT, currently we don't have OTA zip file available,probably will be available soon but I don't know when.
I have the problem with the fingerprint sensor in this version too, it tries to read finger when I'm not touching it. I've flashed with SPFT and I've wiped the cache but the problem continue like in V3.02_20161017. Of course I've done a lot of calibrations and the problem persists.
Before that two updates it worked with any errors.
I didn't recieve the update yet. How long will it take to arrive for devices in the Netherlands?
Or can someone share the zip file so I can update it without sp flashtool.
