I use Power 3 European version.In versions Umidigi Power 3.E V1.1_20200112_2306, Umidigi Power 3.E V1.1_20200116_2148 and Umidigi Power 3.E V1.2_20200328_2206 DON'T working 4G mobile data connection (LTE) !!! 4G mobile data connection (LTE) ONLY works when wi-fi is swiched on and connected to the network!!! I tried both- OTA updates and clean install with SP Flash Tool.

That happens because it is in ipv6. Turn on ipv4 and voila. Go perfect now.

Hello !
I know some people have problems with sound.
In my case I offered the UMIDIGI power 3 to my friend, and she has no more sound and microphone.
The sound comes back a few times without finding an explanation, there is no cause, but the microphone does not work at all.

I reset several times!
I noticed that I had a lot of advertising that can be recommended, so she never used a link like that.

the headphone jack works, so does the hands-free kit, but to receive calls it cannot know if a person is calling it, and when it is called barely hear the sound when it is fully blown!

I have many practical questions:
May have the secret menu code on the UMIDIGI Power 3 at the end of diagnosing the sound of the style * # * # 0289 #?

Since I have reset is it possible that the advertisement contains malware which has acted on the sound driver and the microphone?

I am under Linux, is there a method to replace the sound modules and protect this access?

I specify, that the telephone, did not receive a blow, did not undergo damage, just no sound and microphone after a few weeks of use !!

Good evening
After numerous manipulation the sound and the microphone returned.
I used the idea to replace the label and the back protection of the UMIDIGI Power 3 and as if by magic the sound and the microphone were reactivated.

Is there any form of protection forcing this protection to remain on the back of the phone?

The version was and still is V1.2_20200328_2206

Hi. If anybody can help, I would appreciate some straightforward answers regarding the following questions:
1. I just received the phone from amazon.uk and I have this version E_V1.1_20200320 with the known sound issue (I disabled google voice etc) and unstable wifi. Can I use this OTA E_V1.2_20200328_2206  or shall I brick the phone?
2. From what I read, many people still face issues with E_V1.2_20200328_2206. Can anybody suggest which is the best version at the moment?

Yes, I installed this version of E_V1.2_20200328_2206 and my phone has been working without problems for more than half a year.

I just received my Power 3 yesterday. It came with V1,1_20200319_20200319-0949

If I try to do a OTA upgrade, it looks for a fota server on 0.0.0.0:443 . Of course this IP doesn't work.

I had problem with "No Sound". Deactivated the Google app microphone permission and now sounds works fine. (But it sucks that I can't use the "Ok Google" feature anymore)

But my biggest personal problem with this phone is the gyroscope doesn't work (or at least, as it should in VR apps). Does this FW upgrade will fix that ?

umidigi team, i eally wish that here wil be next updaste, my phone doesnt work like it used to.  after the updatethis latest update my phones speaker got bad even worse pls it suddenly shutsdown itself like so manay times im stuck at the logo then it shutdowns again. i wish you can help me. this is the only phone i got. i wish your next update will fix it. i hope that when ou releases a new phone make sure that your old phones works perfect

Hello. I received a package with a smartphone Umi digi power 3. I Unpacked and when I first turned on stuck in bootloop. When connecting to a computer, the hardware appears, then disappears - I can't install the driver. What to do???
