In call or out call , opposite side not hearing my voice.. in WhatsApp too....but with hear phone they able to hear .. is this due to mic or any bug??.... sound recorder works fine..How to fix this...help me...

Please perform factory reset from settings - system - reset options - erase all data.
Otherwise please flash complet ROM with SPFT.

i tried.
first tried factory reset . not worked.

then i tried new rom 830 version . now to not able to hear my voice on opposite side. i can my voice in my phone like echo. please tell the solution
