Remove the screen protector if you have one.
The device was received with installed screen protector. In addition the screen protector did not cover the sensor! So , i do not think this is the issue. Your feedback is highly appreciated.
I received my Z2 Pro earlier this morning. One of the first thing I did was to remove the screen protector which is really annoying in my opinion. I never had screen protector on any of my smartphone.
I have no problem so far. I got 2 update one after the other. The actual build version is UMIDIGI_Z2_PRO_V1.0_20180823. No issue with the Wifi nor with the mobile data. I connected my Bluetooth headset in about a few seconds.
I've made a call or two and the sound is crisp and clear. Haven't tried the speaker yet for music but it sounds correct with handsfree speaker on a phone call.
Antutu benchmark gave me 128395 as result with all my apps installed from my previous phone. So far, I'm satisfied considering the price I paid for. Maybe I'll post another comment in a week or two.
VoLTE is working without any issues on networks which are compatible with phone. When you make or receive VoLTE call you will see "HD" short on screen.
Could you please explain your issues. When started first time, did you ever performed factory reset, did you update your phone, did you flash ROM with SPFT. Please also provide screenshot or picture from (settings - about phone - wireless update)
