I have two s2 pros one received the update but the other did not receive the OTA yet. What is the logic behind the OTA  update mechanism?

When will the other receive the OTA update?

Maybe you device is already on latest firmware.
Please update with OTA zip file (local update) from here

Phone is connecting to OTA server and checking for updates. If data is correct phone requesting download and waiting in queue. Then downloading file and waiting for your confirmation.
You can also check manually, go to settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates

This file is full ROM and can be only used with SPFT or QGDP.Unfortunately Ben didn't release OTA zip file yet.
We got informations from headquarter that the engineers found some bug in OTA zip file causing errors during update and failing update.

Do you have availability info? because impossible to install the drivers and therefore to update via my pc windows 10 whether by flash tools or QGPT

ok thanks so I managed the flash via the method flash tools after disabling the driver check function under windows 10
