No, you don't need TWRP to flash Android N. I flashed N twice (I destroyed it in less than an hour after installing substratum). So the second time I reflashed N, I replaced the recovery with TWRP. But you don't have to do that. You may install it after the first boot and install SuperSU later.
What is the problem when you try to reflash N ? Error message ? From SPFT point of view, there's no difference whether you flash M or N. It's the same process. Just follow the given instructions carefully.
Ok, i got another version, the newest, and when i am trying to download the flash, it shows the red bar thing, but stucks in there and after 2 mins or 1 of stuck, it give me STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION.
Several people have reported issues with the windows 10 spyware. The simplest way would be to run the SPFT under W7 or XP. Or you may try another USB port on your computer. Logically, if it fails while you try to flash Android N it should fail the same with M.
I can't make the update now, my pc recognizes my phone after 20-30 seconds after i plug it in. It doesn't work because when i plug it in it's to late to install the things.

Hi you no need root your device or add TWRP. This is no need to update to android 7.0. You are back to marshmallow because you flash your system and during flashing you wiped TWRP and root access. As now you know how to use SPFT please use this link and update your phone to android 7.0. Of course if you want.

Maybe do factory reset and reinstall vcom driver again on computer and try switch on USB debugging settings - developer options - switch on developer options - USB debugging (USB debugging is not recommended for SPFT updating as there is no difference but I thought if you tried all options already there is nothing to loose) Then try again flash your phone.

Definitely if you have access to computer with Windows xp or 7 you should try. If still is no working comeback to older ROM but firstly flash only preloader then all ROM. Don't forget change on SPFT to firmware upgrade.
I don't have problems with ROMS anymore, but when i want to flash my phone i can't because i get the usb code 43 error (on windows 7 too). How do i fix this thing?
