How can I help you if I can add and edit APN on my A1 pro on any sim card I put also I tested with sim cards from different country.
Please go to network store or ring to customer care and ask for configuration SMS.
Otherwise please perform factory reset.
If still not helping please ask one of your friends to test your and his sim card in both phones.

VoLTE is enable but network needs to be compatible with your sim card, settings and phone.
Hardware is supporting VoLTE and we didn't block this in software.

I've had the A1 for a few weeks now - very impressive for the price. One niggle, does anyone else have problems when on skype (or hangouts) and using speaker mode ?  Mic audio is very distorted, people on the other end can't hear. Its fine in handset mode.
I can re-create the problem using the skype test call service.
I tried a voice recoder app (easy voice recorder) and this seems ok in speaker mode so perhaps software rather than hardware issue ?

Hi Jeremy!!
I am also having exactly the same problem!!! Everything works nice and smooth. When I do regular calls the microphone in my A1 Pro works nice, when I record a video the sound gets recorded properly, when I use the phone as a sound recorder (easy voice recorder) it works also ok..... But when I do Skype or whatsapp videocalls the other person hears the sound very distorted. I am sure it is a software app .... It affects to all videcall software.
Also if I am in handset mode it works ok.

I am very very happy with the phone. I think you cannot ask much more for the price but I do really hope that this will be solved in next updates!!

Hi,

My carrier is compatible with the VoLTE (see link below), but when I make a phone call, the network switch from 4G to 3G automatically. I do not see the LTE logo appearing.
