Update was not completed

The phone has downloaded firmware upgrade but it was not completed.
Now on the screen going on permanent animation with Android body captioned "Installation of system upgrade..." (translation from Russian). The screen turns to black once in 3 seconds and then animation appears again. When I press "Power" during the process I see console with text  "Supported API: 3. Opening update package...".
What can I do to return phone to life without full reflash?

I just detected update.zip (on SD card) read error. Where I can get update.zip?

If system is corrupted during incomplete updating you have only one option which is SPFT.
If you won't lose your data you can try flash with user data unchecked on SPFT but this could cause not full flash.
