Hi
Sorry if I repeated my questions but in this thread is definitely first time as I can't see any my post.
I have so many trouble/issues every day from different users and different devices that I can't remember what and to who I writing.
We informed everybody that upgrade from on version to other version of Android needs to wipe data as with new version is coming new drivers, partitions, etc. There is very small chance that you not loose your data. Only one option is to restore apps and data from Google accounts if you have set up.
I never heard about same issues as you complaining that why especially that you know how to use SPFT I would advice you upgrade your phone with SPFT to latest Android version 7.0 with all partitions checked then you will get full clear and stable version.
We always recommending factory reset before FOTA / OTA zip android version upgrading to prevent any complications between systems.
If you need any further information please feel free.
I hope that you will upgrade your phone and let me know what is happening as this information could help engineers to fix any bugs if are existing.
