No answer from support

Hi,
I have a problem with my umi super and tried to contact the support with email. But there is no response.
Have someone successfully contacted the support till now?

They don't react anymore to the touch questions either. They launched the phone some months ago, but ...

now they even delete all critical comments on their facebook page. Way to go Umi if you want to become a mobile phone player...

Tried to contact Ben with email but the response time seems to be also till infinity. Doesn't matter anymore. Found out that my problem can't be fixed that way. Seems like a hardware problem.

They don't react anymore to the touch questions either. They launched the phone some months ago, but already don't answer anymore, and don't update it anymore. Nougat is foreseen they say for some phones, but touch doesn't seem to be included...

They promised rootjoy for the touch and windows 10 mobile. but now all is discontinued... wouldn't wonder if the nougat won't be launched at all.

I'm very disappointed with my umi touch and the way Umi is handling the problems/questions/... of it's users...
