Ive tried two sim cards now in the phone and cannot get a signal to make a call.
One sim is Virgin mobile which uses EE network the other 3(Three) mobile sim.

Both sim cards work and can make calls in other phones.

Frequency band which i need for both are good 1800 and 2100.

Have updated to the latest update v1.4

Can i get some help please, settings etc.

The Sim cards are recognised 100% but i just get 'no service' as the icon for network

Cannot call any emergency numbers with no sim in the phone.

The only solution is to disable 4G and pnly use 3G networks. For me the Iron does not work on european 4G networks.

I have the same problem with a brand new Iron.... Did you solve this problem ?

Hi klotz,

In that case did you were having the same problem than these users before disable 4G? "Did you get "no service" on network icon?

I'm in France (so in Europe), and my Iron work perfectly in 4G

Perhaps when you update the firmware, you have delete IMEI?
