Its certainly your APN settings , after days of no internet I now have lovely 4G. My issue was my APN type setting was wrong, it had multiple APN types, when all that it needed was either "default" or "default" +"mms" +"net".
You need to check your settings with your provider but the below worked for me, for the three 4G network UK.

Proxy Not set
Port Not set
Username Not set
Password Not set
Server Not set
