Which ROM did you use?
Are you sure that you use correct ROM?
Please follow this SPFT instruction

Make sure that you using correct ROM!!!!!

Already tried following two ROMS but same results. Phone is just hanging at start up screen.

C350_KW_S83C_201804021630 and
C350_KW_S83C_201803031219

I also tried Custom ROM (lineage-14.1-20180419-UNOFFICIAL-s2lite) and with this phone is starting properely but detecting only one SIM card. Also had issues with 4G issues.

My phone is S2 lite 32GB version.
Yes I am trying to upgrade the firmware with SPFT. But after successful flashing, phone is getting hanged at logo screen.

YES

I tried both (Download only & Firmware Upgrade) but I did not try the third one (Format all + Download) as same was not recommended.
