Mi è appena arrivato il nuovo Umidigi C2 e purtroppo ho dei problemi nell'importazione/sincronizzazione dei contatti gmail.
Nonostante abbia caricato l'account gmail, abbia abilitato la sincronizzazione dei contatti, non li vedo. Nei "contacts settings" e "contacts to display" non vi è gmail ma solo Phone contacts, Messenger, whatsapp etc.
Ho provato anche a scaricarmi l'apk che ho trovato linkata qui sul forum ma non me la installa in quanto dice che potrebbe essere danneggiata....
Potete aiutarmi?

Solution for missing Google contacts sync:
1. Go to Settings --> Permission Management
2. Choose App startup management
3. Tap the 3-dot button in the top right corner, select 'System auto startup app(s)', then Confirm
4. Scroll down to 'Google Contacts Sync' and make it enabled.
Now you can sync your Google contacts and can use them in the Contacts app.
You may enable all other google services or anything you want.

Grazie winoitaly. A me era già attivato (probabilmente quando ho installato l'app contatti google me l'ha abilitato).
In ogni caso non ho capito bene cosa serve questa sezione "app startup management"....

riporto quello che ho fatto con il cellulare e ribadisco che (almeno quello in mio possesso) ha ancora problemi di notifiche. Nelle impostazioni di SOSPENSIONE il settaggio era impostato a 2 minuti. Se ricevo una mail entro quel tempo la notifica arriva, superati i 2 minuti non le ricevo piu'. Poichè (a differenza di altri cellulari in mio possesso) non è possibile escluderla del tutto, l'ho settata a 30 minuti. Come previsto, una volta bloccato lo schermo, se ricevo qualcosa prima che siano trascorsi i 30 minuti la notifica appare, oltre quel tempo non arriva piu'.
Aggiungo che il wifi (nonostante la spunta su rimanere acceso sempre durante lo standby) sparisce come icona e si spegne (forse legato ad una tempistica interna??)
Mi da fastidio il fatto che l'accensione dello schermo possa avvenire solo con fingerprint (se impostata) oppure tramite tasto power on, mancando la possibilità di usare i tasti volume per accendere lo schermo a il doppio tap (che ormai hanno anche i cellulari da 4 soldi). Inoltre non c'è la possibilità di selezionare l'accensione dello schermo alla ricezione delle notifiche (magari andrebbe a bypassare il problema della sospensione prima descritto).
L'interfaccia di gestione consumi energetici a mio parere è poco chiara (qualcuno mi sa dire dove trovo l'informazione dei tempi di schermo acceso??).
Al momento rimango dell'opinione (tutta personale) che a parte il quantitativo di ram\rom, la buona durata della batteria, il led di notifica (x me molto utile) e un peso non eccessivo, il cellulare presenta difetti che lo rendono poco utilizzabile dati i malfunzionamenti descritti in precedenza (x l'uso che ne faccio io - email collegate all'allarme di casa,etc etc).
Se a qualcuno risultasse utile, per ovviare al problema della sincronizzazione della rubrica con gmail ho utilizzato il programma CLONEit (play store) installato sul vecchio cellulare e sul C2, e mi ha permesso di copiare diverse cose oltre alla rubrica da un cellulare all'altro.
Se ciò che ho scritto urta la sensibilità di qualcuno può essere tranquillamente cancellato dai moderatori.

I carry what I did with my cellphone and I repeat that (at least the one in my possession) still has problems with notifications. In the SUSPENSION setting, the setting was set to 2 minutes. If I receive a mail within that time the notification arrives, I do not receive more than 2 minutes after 2 minutes. Since (unlike other phones in my possession) can not be excluded altogether, I set it to 30 minutes. As expected, once the screen is locked, if I receive something before 30 minutes have elapsed the notification appears, beyond that time it will not arrive anymore.
I add that wifi (despite the check that it always remains lit during standby) disappears as an icon and goes out (maybe tied to an internal timing ??)
I'm so annoyed that turning on the screen can only take place with a fingerprint (if set) or power on button, lacking the ability to use the volume keys to turn on the dual tap (which now also have mobile phones 4 money). Also, there is no way to select the ignition on the screen when receiving notifications (maybe it would overcome the previous suspension problem).
The power consumption management interface in my opinion is unclear (somebody can tell me where I find the information of the screen time on?).
At the moment I am of the opinion (all personal) that apart from the amount of RAM, the good battery life, the notification LED (4 me very useful) and an good weight, the phone has faults that make it little you can use the malfunctions described above (4 the use I do - emails related to home alarm, etc etc).
I hope Humidigi prepares an update to fix all these defects.
If someone finds this useful, to address the issue of synchronizing the address book with gmail I used the CLONEit (play store) program installed on the old cellphone and the C2, and allowed me to copy different things from the old mobile to the new one.
If what I wrote impels someone's sensitivity can be safely deleted by the moderators.
