Hello everyone, I'm from Brazil, I waited 3 months for my UMI Plus to arrive and as soon as I called it was normal, I put the chip and went to see the android version, it was 6, I checked to see if there was any update and located an update of android 7 , With the battery full I continued the update, the update with the android doll was to the end, but when it restarted the screen turned black. I'm stuck, I can not turn off the cell phone to downgrade through the flash tool. The phone is operating normally, receives calls, rings and vibrates. I get the audio from the notifications, but nothing from the screen. The screen turns black. I've tried to force the reboot multiple times, it reboots without showing the screen in no time. What to do? I think I need to discharge the battery to be able to flash with the rom of the android 6, however this battery will never discharge without a screen. It will take about 2 months if you keep calling the chip number all the time. Worst of all, if I go flashing the battery, it's going to suck. I need to wait to unload, put on the charger, pray that I do not boot alone and then start the procedure.

Please recommend me a solution.

It's very frustrating, I begin to understand why people buy iPhone, they pay dearly but have no head ...

I am the person who is present in the video
I am now fully convinced that this company is very bad and does not take care of customers after the sale

Welcome friends, to Umi plus bricks.
I have the same problem. Only in some internet searches have I seen that several users of umi plus have the same problem. Some help? Any evolution? Is the problem soft or hardware?
