How to charge mobile with power bank

I want to ask that what is the benefit of power bank and how i can charge the mobile with power bank fastly because power bank mostly slow charge the mobile phones. And will it be safe to use the mobile bank with power bank because sometime extra charging to the power bank may damage it so please help me and suggest

Benefits from using power banks is that you can charge any time and anywhere your phone as power is stored in mobile unit.
You can use any power bank.
If your battery in phone is 2000 mAh and your power bank is 4000 mAh than you will have roughly two full charging circuits of your device from power bank but you power bank will be charged longer than with smaller capacity.
Some power banks have quick charging output up to 2A but this option could damage your diamond as diamond is not supporting quick charging so for umi diamond is up to 1A maximum charging current.
How to use :
Charger power bank
Connect power bank to phone
Also if you watching films, surfing on Internet etc you can connect power bank to save your phone battery.
