I have decided to post my True review, after GearBest's comments on how to fix this issue "remove the screen protect and wipe the screen"   TWATS.  
As you can see there are marks under the screen from the manufacturing process, these marks go if you press down hard on the screen and rub it, then later as the screen peels up or gets warm the marks return.

Very disapointed customer of UMI and GearBest's Support.  i shall post some videos to youtube, facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and all social media i can find to ensure people see the true UMI quality.

This is a faulty device. Just return it to the seller. Happend to me and i return and buy the z pro

Yeap another ZPro user with these lines. Thankfully mine is only just noticeable at a angle. Definitive looks like it is down to the coating they put on the display as when rubbing the screen using a micro fibre cloth the line fades - though it comes back after a while.

... actually saying that, just went outside and its alot more noticable in sunlight :-(

two year back I brought elephone p7000 gold color  in coolicool .. they send white color  .. so i returned the product .. they given full refund with return courier charges ..

so now ordered umi z pro from tomtop .. waiting for delivery ...
