Whatsapp don't send notifications - SOLVED

Hello,
I have installed Whatsapp and I don't recieve notifications about messages as I used to with other phones.
Even when someone call me (voice call) I don't recieve any information.
I can only see what happened after I actively open Whatsapp.
I have searched for all Whatsapp and notification specific options and I didn't find any solutions.
Is this happening to you guys? Is there a solution?

I do have Whatsapp do not facing any issues with notifications (except for reverting custom notification sounds to default from time to time, which is a separate issue, though).

Settings - Apps - WhatsApp - Notifications - any chance that you accidentaly blocked this?

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I have already checked those settings dozens of times. It is really not the problem.
It seems Whatsapp don't have access to do anything when the app is not active. Not even making a call. So, I guess it is not even a "notification" related problem, but an overall authorization problem.
I wish I could find a fix for that. It is really annoying/

Yes, I have the same problem too. Sometimes notification will pop out normally, But mostly no notification ...... Need press the apps only will pop out notification ...... PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM UMI ........
