You are using the scatter text for marshmallow. change it to the Nougat folder, untick everything except recovery and browse the img file and it will work as intended.
I just looked at your SS. You are still on the Marshmallow Scatter loading file! Click on "Choose" and pick the scatter file 20161228. This is VERY IMPORTANT or you will keep getting errors like this.

You need to use the scatter file for YOUR ANDROID VERSION. SO if you are on 20161117 that's the one you need to use! If that doesn't work, there is nothing I can do any further to help you.
