I recently bought this phone. Using the Vodafone network. The phone can not be connected to the 4G network while remaining constantly in 3G where other phones are always connected in 4G (Jiayu S3) Doing Reboot the phone connects to the 4G network for a few minutes and then remain in 3G.How can I fix this?
Go to settings >more >mobile networks > check preferred networks should be set to 4G> network operators and choose your own network provider with 4G this should stay on 4G as you choose manually but if your 4G signal will be weak phone could not change automatically to 3G or 2G.
