Umi plus screen issue

Hello,

A bright white spot has appeared in my umi plus. It is annoying especially when background color is white.

How do i proceed with replacement? I bought it from tom top

Could you please share a photo showing your issue?
Tom make your phone repaired, you should contact your reseller. They are responsible for the warranty.

This looks like hardware (screen) issue.
I had similar issue on other brand (but white spot was a bit bigger), there was battery failure caused expanded battery and put pressure on back of screen.
Probably you have two options with your seller :
They can give you some money back on your wallet /card/cash
Or
You need return your device to seller for replace or repair but I presume that you need cover one way shipping cost (if your post office take device with battery)

They just offered me 10 US dollars refund. Who are they kidding? I will demand replacement.
