I guess because its internal components are not those who claim to be in their manufacturer's specifications (Battery Sonycamera, Panasonic camera, Sharp screen, etc) ??

as for the battery, being the same as super, has sony cells inside, it has not the label "made by sony" (no battery has this, by the way). also camera and screen seem also the same as Super by their performances, even the roms are switchable between the two products, so I assume that if it were real for Super, will also be for Max, or rome wouldn't be switchable if parts were different.

The problem is that they should say that battery and camera are made but manufacturers who make them for sony and panasonic, and I think that screen is made by SHARP. nothing wrong with that if they are working properly!!!!
