no sound after update

i bought a s2pro and i installed the system update yesterday and now have no sound all sound bars are at full with nothing at all must be software problem please help

Works fine connected to ear phones and wireless speaker but when disconnected still no sound. I think it night be a software problem if I turn all sound down and then turn off and back on play music and then turn up I have sound until I stop song

I still have same problem no sound through speakers on phone is there an update for sound

Did you update your phone to latest available firmware?

yes did that. Did a factory reset and installed aps one at a time ok now must have been something interfering with it thanks for help

And this is correct, to switch on and use radio you need plug headphones because they are use as antenna too.

Open calling dialler and type in *#*#33#*#* - single test, then test loudspeaker, receiver, headphones etc
If this doesn't work i suspecting hardware fault. Of course you can follow SPFT instruction and flash previous ROM especially that you said the the loudspeaker worked before update.
