Flashlight uninstall

Is there any way to uninstall the flashlight app.I think it's preventing the camera from working properly, after update android nougat.

I go back on android 6.0 and everything is ok, but in version 7 the problem continues.

Root your phone, and uninstall it with an uninstaller from the Play store.

I did the root but even then I could not uninstall.
I'm almost giving up and coming back to version 6
