The following wireless update do not work

After dowloading, the unzip fails OR after unzip, the phone stop working and android error occurs. Please guide me how to install this update or why this issue occurs during unzipping.

You have two options in this situation.
1. Use SPFT and flash your phone straight to latest version.

2. Perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) and then download update again and update phone after full charge.
