Umi plus no data connection on 3g

Hi, my Umi doesn't receive data on 3g. I leave in an area where the network is poor and the phone keeps losing network. What could be the issue and can it be solved?

If you have poor/weak network signal you can't expect data connection. Phone should change band from 3G to 2G (Edge) then you should be able get access to data.
If you using third party network provider you need go to settings - more - mobile networks - data roaming - on
If you are fully sure that in your house or in are is weak signal you can buy signal repeater which increase/boost network signal, quality of phone calls, data speed and reduce battery usage.

Hi, Thanks. The signal and network is not the problem because it automatically switches to 3g and in the same area I'm able to get 4g network with data but I still don't get data on 3g. I also tried changing the network settings and using roaming it's still not helping.
