So many issues

Guys why there are so many issues with umi phones ? like the ytbers who did review didnt have 1 issue and now im on this forum and every one is writing about problems what the hell? Does somebody have a phone umidigi z pro without some issues ? why they are releasing new phone when this isnt fixed, will they fix it ? Is it worth to buy it ? I need answers from umi , not some random ppl who bought it and got issues. UmiDigi tell us when are u going to fix it and if u even are. Thats all from me peace. Ps : u can start conversation with me, just comment, im checking it almost non stop.

So I just went through and counter only the topic titles that described issues and counter only 9 or 10.  In my opinion that's not too bad. Just saying.

I could rather use my outdated laggy HTC one m7 then my brand new Umi Z pro.

• Wireless connection = a joke
• Wifi connection = not working
• Camera = a joke
• Scrolling pages = laggy
• Fast charge = u don't need a heater on cold days
  

And to be honest i don't think an update to android 7.0 will change any of the above issues. I will sell this piece of electronic trash as fast as possible on eBay and buy a phone that is worth is money.

Mine is annoying (gyro). Neither big or small. It would be better i have it fixed, but can wait. Not forever anyway

Sorry but your question is such trivial like if you asked a repairman at a repair station why so many users come there with so many issues.
This place here is about reporting issues and requesting solutions. (Almost) nobody comes here to tell about his/her happiness.
Of course if a brand doesn't run a such community forum, you won't know about general or just unique issues of single users but you won't get a such level of support either.
Finally I'd have a counter question: Do you know a single model of a brand, that's completely issue free, each device without exception?

Go to the ZenFone 2 ZE551ML forum and see much more issues when it first launched. I'm still using the phone.
Users and ASUS communicated and there were fixes though not always perfect - because of different users in different countries using their phones differently, this also different problems.

To get a perfect set, one needs to be very lucky. I had some minor problems with my ZF2 but I could live with them. Also different expectations play a part.


If you are patient enough to wait out till more users get their sets, you would be able to assess better.


Until then, not much more info you can get though you can look at the UMI Z forum to get a better idea of potential issues.

That's true, i did not realize that, but there are a lot of problems with same issues and i think nobody is trying to fix them (umi people), they will just make another model and its all okey, but guys who bought it can just simply buy other phone because they can not refund it or get new model without issue. This is just sad for me, i really wanted to buy this phone and i will wait for more people to buy it and i will hope they will update everything and fix everything cuz when there are so many guys who have the same problem with the phone, they just need to do something or its just scam or fake, so i hope it will be alright and i hope they will slow down to make other models and firstly fix the problems

The issues, so many people have screen problems, they got problems with volume and they are trying to contact UMI and they are not responding, they are releasing c note when even PLUS has problems, sry for my bad english
I just want to know if there are some updates on this phone, which will fix the issues.

Man i think if i will buy phone for 300 € i expect it without a issue and if i will have issue, i expect full support from UMi and a lot of updates. And if there will not be updates then i want to give back the mobile and i need them to send me a new one. Instead of sending a new one they will just give me ton of excuses, really sorry for my bad english and i hope u will understand it.

Maybe im just bad in english but i dont understand u at all. what i dont understand is all users ? i hope and think not everyone have problems with phones, and they should try and test the phones before getting it to shops and selling them
