fingerprint hardware not available

Hi, yesterday i dont know why i pick the phone and the fingerprint dont work. it shows in red "fingerprint hardware not available". I already factory reset and nothing. Someone knows how to test this?

Same here. I had to reestart my UMI Z because the camera was not found by the camera app. After the reboot the fingerprint reader didn't work and the assistent to configure your fingerprints says "fingerprint hardware not available". I did a full factory reset and updatet to the lastest OS version via OTA. But nothing helped. What can I do now? How to repair or get an new device?
Can someone from UMI please respond??

Probably the best option will be flash whole ROM with SPFT.

If this doesn't help you need change option in SPFT from firmware upgrade to format + download and after that restore IMEI numbers with SN writer from this link

I would definitely firstly try latest ROM but it still is no good try older ROM too.

i try all that nothing worked. Btw i forgot to see what was my imei numbers. How can i recover after firmware upgrade and format?

The IMEI numbers should be on box but you can always use auto IMEI generator in SN writer.
