UMI PLUS brick on startup

Hello,
my UMI plus updated succesfully 2 weeks ago via OTA to the last Nougat version.
Last day i switched off normally,  after an automatic google play services update
This morning, as I switched on , the phone started with  the UMI logo, then appeared the ANDROID logo for one second and then it shutted.
Following this threads  I could  start in recovery mode.
I tryed with wipe data, factory reset,   and finally  with an installation from SD card (UMI_Plus_V3.01_20161213:update.zip).
The installation works perfectly but as I try to reload , the smarphone goes stuck again.
Battery is 100%.
I try also with SPFT but my Windows10 doesn't recognize the phone (followed all the links and installed all the Mediatek drivers...)
Any idea?

\n\nPerform factory reset after OTA update.
Otherwise you need use SPFT and flash flash to latest available ROM from here

nothing worked
Sent back to reseller on warranty RMA.
It worked for 2 months and then suddendly died.
I can confirm all the GPS issues (latency, lack of precision, jumping..)
