Touchscreen bug when notifications with scroll down menu

Hi
I encounter strange bug
All notifications activate scroll down menu and unable touchscreen and physical buttons except volume & power
Scenario is always the same. A notification appears and suddenly no reaction any more from the touchscreen
I must press power button twice to reactivate screen: first press to power of screen and second press to power on screen
No need to restart phone each time
Phone flashed with latest Roma few days ago already to answer this bug.... But still there
Consequence....I stopped all possible notifications, I deactivated security access digital and pin code lock
I really wonder what's going on here?

I have been banned from messenger umi official account!
When they face in explained bugs.... They turn their back to you
I disabled wearing smart lock option.... And no bug anymore for 48,h

Same problem here.
We have 2 Umi Super at home (no comment...), the one of my gf is litteraly unusable because of this problem.
And mine is starting to show the same deal.

As if a ghost was trying to use the phone, pressing the screen frenetically while i try to use it.

Smartlock was set "Off" on our phones, so it doesn't seem to be the source of the problem.
It's getting urgent to get a patch or something for this phone.

holy shit no more patches please, with the very first Version (the first phones shipped with) the phone had the least issues. with every patch it got worse.

i recommend RR Rom (be found here on Forums or xda), it has a few bugs less than official roms ...

Someone said earlier that he was having the same issue with the RR rom though

i believe that you and anyone with this problem should ask for a replacement phone from the retailer you bought your devices, if this doesn't help don't except umi to do so, worst support i have ever seen and the only true con of their devices, so much pottential on their devices wasted from lack of proper os development.

Exact same problem here, notification bar automatically goes down then no way to click anything on the screen, only power button then open phone again. been increasing and by now can't use the phone at all, every 5-10 seconds it happens.

Tried factory reset but same thing happens right after reset.

Bought the phone directly from UMI.

UMI - any solution to this? I just bought a brand new phone which is practically unusable, and looks like I'm not the only one.

Please find a solution, either a new phone or a patch or a ROM or whatever you can do so your customers won't have an expensive brick in their hands.

Sorry for your inconvenience but we can't experience such issues on testing devices.
Please provide software information etc.
Settings - about phone - build number.
Also please provide screenshot with about phone details.
