This is the SP Flash Tool release of the
V1.0_20211224 system software
for UMIDIGI A11 4GB+128GB

Flash tool operation is recommended to experienced users only. If you are not yet an experienced flash tool user, please carefully read the flash tool tutorial before proceeding, and strictly follow each instruction.

Except if an authorized or responsible expert directly asked you to do that,
never format the flash chip of your device or you instantly lose your warranty!

UMIDIGI A11 receives all updates automatically via FOTA method. You need this tool only in case of emergency (if you've bricked your phone), if you want to apply a clean install or if you want to clear all root access and custom recovery to make your phone able to receive FOTA updates again. Moreover, flashing with SPFT is the only option to repair (replace) damaged system software.

Changelog:
  • Minor bug fixes

FOTA version: UMIDIGI_A11_V1.0_20211224_20211224-1955

SP Flash Tool

Resources:

Flashtool tutorial: http://bit.ly/SPFTguide

ROM: >>>
UMIDIGI_A11_4GB_V1-0_20211224.rar <<<
Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6765_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other components.

SPFT:
SP_Flash_Tool_v5.2148.rar

VCOM driver: Windows 10 can automatically install it. Please make sure that your Windows is logged in with administrator rights and your computer has a working internet connection when first time connecting your phone.

Here's an optional solution to start the flashing process on your UMIDIGI A11 if the standard method doesn't work.
It's especially useful if your phone is bricked or is stuck in bootloop

1. Connect your phone to USB.
2. Start the flashing process with the Download button in the flasher app.
3. Press and hold the power button of your phone until the flashing process starts (red bar appears at the bottom of the app window), then release it. In this process you have to keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds.
4. Wait until the flashing process finishes.

If you accidentally formatted the flash chip of your phone, visit the following thread: UMIDIGI A7-A11 and BISON: Repair IMEIs, MEID and Google certificate

Kind request from users:
Please report any kind of new issues you experience after installing this update only if you've already flashed this ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. In rare cases a FOTA update can cause more or less serious malfunctions but that means only the update process went wrong, not a badly developed ROM. An updated stock ROM, especially related to the basic functions will not cause any new issues but will solve some of the existing ones.

I have the North American version.  latest update UMIDIGI_A11_V1.0_20211224_20211224-1995 has a bug in it.

FYI The label for the Settings icon says     "Back up Settings"   instead of  Settings.

Greetings.
I hope who can help me.

I am trying to fix a UMIDIGI A11. I think I have flashed UMIDIGI_A11_4GB_N_V1-0_20211015 by mistake to a UMIDIGI_A11_4GB_V1-0_20211015 variant.

Now it does not return to its original version, if I install the original it indicates modem error 6 and loss of LTE signal with any version. 3G if it works.

I have tried different methods to extract all the partitions of a A11_4GB_V1-0 computer in perfect condition and flashing a smartphone with a problem, but without success:
-I have used BOX (HYDRA) service professional, mediateck software (SN Writer, ModemMeta).
Tried writing nvram, nvdata, persist, preloader, protect in flash mode and meta mode.
-Through ModemMeta import all configuration parameters.
-Complete dump of the rom (without userdata) and nothing, I am already running out of ideas and options.

I am already running out of ideas. It occurs to me to root, twrp and make backups ...

Hello I have a New Umidigi A11Pro it keeps rebooting (very annoying) sometimes sticks at "fast boot mode" or a black screen. Anyway I go to update and can't seem to find a newer version than June of last year... maybe a cell carrier issue. I tried to download the spflash tool at the direction of the Ali Express seller and I can't find the driver in device manager.....I'm on Pop OS (Modified ubuntu) fully up to date but I can't find instructions on how to install the linux version....

Carry out the flashing process as indicated in the tutorial (exactly the same) and as a result the device screen turned black and in the lower left this message
=> FASTBOOT mode...
When I press the power button and Volume + the 3 options appear and when selecting them these results:
Recovery mode -----------> No commands
Fastboot mode -----------> Fastboot mode
Normal ---------- -> Black screen and bottom left with message => FASTBOOT mode...

Greetings, sorry for the time without answering. If indeed we know the solution already.
The problem is caused by problems in the soldering of the integrated circuits (poor quality of the tin, failures in the assembly line, only they will know for sure). Mainly the CPU, emmc, ram, ic power are also affected. To solve it, you must replace the alloy (reballing) of those components, recommended in that order and try...
