Umi iron black screen problem

Hi everyone !

I bought an Umi iron from aliexpress and i received it last Friday!

So yesterday while i'm using it, suddenly the screen become black and i can't see anything! when i push a power button the screen on but nothing just black

So please, what it the problem and how i can solve it?

That happend to me sometimes. Just press the power button until the phone reboots.

Nothing else left for you to do, except to open the device, disconnect the battery, wait for at least 30 sec
and try again.
Try to measure the voltage with multimeter, which battery suppies, if possible, while you are at it...

Yeeh thank you Klotz, Fozzy and Pela for your help, now the phone starts to work good when i repeat turning it off and on !

but the screen brightness is so strong even though I put it to a minimum ! should i flash it ??
