I sincerely apologize for my late response. NO, I didn't get any response from UMI. I took it to a local engineer and helped fix it. However, I now have another issue with my UMI Z2 pro. The battery is faulty. It will show a charge of 100 percent, but the phone will not power up. I have contacted UMI again, but no response. This is most likely going to be the last time that I will purchase a high spec phone from UMI ever again. I may still buy the budget phones they produce that's less than $100. At least if it spoils, it won't hurt as much as Z2 pro hurts that developed a fault with less than six months of use. |
