Umidigi Z1 front camera issue.

\n\nI have purchased this device from volumerate.com and one month later the front camera is very fuzzy. It shiws thatvtherebisbdust acumulation. How do you advise ne to proceed in order to get this device repaired, co sidering that I live in Romania.

Hi,
i have problem with camera front and rear on my Z1 new, the photos are not clear and it is very difficult to do very well.
My firmware version is V1.1_20170826.
I hope in fast support, thanks.

Did you talk to seller?
As this phone is not water or dust proof I don't think that you will be able get warranty for this issue.
Maybe easier will going to local repairing centre and ask for open device and clean camera /lens.

I don't know is that dust under protecting glass applied by you or under screen.
Maybe you using your phone under very heavy dusty condition also maybe in pocket you have a lot dust from paper tissues etc.

i got the same problem on my z1, after only 1month, i got the unit replace and also this one develop the same problem with the front camera, i have to say that the replacement unit was a used unit and not brand new like the warranty state, so naw i have a phone with the front camera unusable,

isn't a good explanation, i tested lot of phone and even the cheap one are better protected against that problem.

Definitely you are on latest firmware. Please provide some pictures samples here.

I have exactly the same problem with my Z1. Same firmware, only a few months old.

As I mentioned before phone is not dustproof. Unfortunately you need open phone and remove dust. Of course you can contact to seller for warranty solutions.
I can also recommend use compressed air for cleaning keyboards and blow in to corner of ear receiver.
