Hi, if you had issue with your Crystal an find out how to fix it, share your solution here.

1. How to fix Bluetooth intermitent disconnection:
Go to location settings put mode in battery saving mode this helps with battery drain then press the 3dots select scanning disable Bluetooth scanning and also disable WiFi scanning 2. Goto battery 3dots optimization select all apps then BT tool don't optimize.

I tried this procedure but I do not see point six, so it does not work
1) Enter SERVICE MENU #*#3646633#*#
2) go to Location TAB (on the TOP)
3) Select Location Based Services
4) First Grey Button is GPS(OFF) flick to ON - below that you will see Satelite status updates
5) Change GPS MODE to FULL START
6) You should get Prompt from LocationEM2 asking for permissions - grant ALL
7) Go to last Tab - RAW DATA and flick navigation to ON and measurement to ON

Hi guys,

Didn't know where to post this, so posting it here.
My wallpaper always changes back to the default wallpaper after some time. I change it to my own one, then after a while it changes back. I am using Evie launcher, but this happens on the stock launcher as well. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Back cover is glued in to phone body with double sided tape.
To open phone you need use hairdryer, increase temperature on edges of back cover and prime slowly to open phone.
Before removing motherboard please soldered out receiver and do not remove receiver from frame!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't remove Umidigi Crystal screen yet. There was no reason to do this.
But so far every umi/umidigi screen was glue to frame. You should remove all parts as speakers, motherboard, etc and again use hairdryer and put pressure from inside on back of screen and slowly lift screen from frame.
