New phone arrives tomorrow. Was worth a try but I'm off and I think I won't buy any other Umi(digi) in the future.

To all administrators of this forum.

Do you know what was the support from UMIDIGI regarding the battery problem(I don't want to write again the whole history)? Practically NOTHING. Many words but practically NOTHING. I gave 200 euros for the UMI Z model and after four months I have to buy a new phone. I understand the various software problems but here we are talking about a hardware fault coming directly from your product line that should have reacted immediately and not going back and forth and finally nothing. So, there is a lot of disappointment. Given this perspective, I think that the thread has a point although it may be uncomfortable for you.

22 pages in the umidigiz, every page has 20 topics not even counting the replies in each topic. The majority of the topics are about problems do the math... U are a smart guy. There is my opinion. Stop trying to make us think that we have a good product.

As Kostantinos said, the reason and the point of this thread is all over this forum. Umi has a nice website to promote their phones - but that´s all. So if just one person is not being disappointet because he or she might read this thread and is going deeper into information afterwards it was worth opening the thread.

The Umi Z is full of faults, it has not the built and software quality that is suggested by the manufacterer. And the only help you get is "We can´t reproduce this fault", "The next update might fix it, but don´t ask when the update appears" or "Contact the seller". That´s NOT how a manufacturer should handle issues!

I tried Umi and got heavily disappointed. That´s enough for a good bye. There are other brands that I might test but first of all I´ll go back to Samsung because I know what I get even if it will be a bit more expensive. But as a working person who needs a working phone the Umi Z could get more expensive in the end.

So farewell to you all, I´ll leave the building! ;-)
